Nik Rettinger
Nik Rettinger (Republican Party) is running for election to the Wisconsin State Assembly to represent District 84. He declared candidacy for the 2026 election.[source]
Rettinger (Republican Party) was a member of the Wisconsin State Assembly, representing District 83. He assumed office on January 3, 2023. He left office on January 6, 2025.
Biography
Nik Rettinger was born in Wisconsin. Rettinger graduated from Waukesha South High School. He earned an associate degree from the University of Wisconsin–Milwaukee at Waukesha and a bachelor's degree in history and political science with a minor in international studies from the University of Wisconsin–Milwaukee. His career experience includes interning for U.S. Senator Ron Johnson (R-Wis.) and working as a legislative aide at the Wisconsin State Legislature and then as chief of staff in the Wisconsin State Senate.[1]
Rettinger served as vice chairman of the Republican Party of Wisconsin executive board and the Republican Party of Waukesha County. He was chairman of the Republican Party’s 1st Congressional District and of the Wisconsin Young Republicans. He was elected to serve on the Young Republican National Federation board of directors. He joined the National Rifle Association and the Mukwonago Area Chamber of Commerce.[1]
