Nikki Snyder (Republican Party) is an at-large member of the Michigan State Board of Education. She assumed office in 2017. Her current term ends on January 1, 2033.
Snyder (Republican Party) ran for re-election for an at-large seat of the Michigan State Board of Education. She won in the general election on November 5, 2024.
Snyder also ran for election to the U.S. Senate to represent Michigan. She did not appear on the ballot for the Republican primary on August 6, 2024.
Snyder also ran for election to the U.S. House to represent Michigan's 8th Congressional District. She was disqualified from the Republican primary scheduled on August 6, 2024.
Biography
As of November 2017, Snyder was a registered nurse who also served as an instructor at Washtenaw Community College. In the past, Snyder has worked as a disability advocate.[1]

Snyder was first elected to the board in November 2016 and took office in January 2017. As of November 2017, she served as the board's delegate to the National Association of State Boards of Education.
