Nina Wolford

Nina Wolford is an at-large member of the Bellevue Board of Education in Nebraska. She ran unopposed and won re-election by default in the general election on November 4, 2014. She has served as president of the board since July 2013.[1]
Biography
A retired English teacher, Wolford taught in Bellevue for 31 years.[2]

Wolford said she wants to strike a better balance between the rise of standardized tests and the individual needs of students. “What I don’t want is scripted education. I want to continue to give teachers in Bellevue leeway to teach,” she stated.[5]
