|- I am seeking re-election because I believe every student deserves access to an excellent education in a setting where they feel safe and supported. We must continue to support our investments in the Arts, Athletics and Academics but also the social and emotional well being of our students and staff.
- Our success as a district is a direct outcome of our top notch staff. Colorado is now facing a state-wide teacher shortage so we now more than eve we need to focus on policies that attract and retain the best teachers, counselors, coaches and support staff.
- Navigating our students and staff through the pandemic is an ever present challenge. Technology has its benefits but it is no substitute for in-person learning. We will continue to invest in closing the gaps for those students who experienced learning loss over the past year, but we must also make the tough decisions that keep our kids safe and in school.
