Noal Akins
Noal Akins (b. August 21, 1938) is a former Republican member of the Mississippi House of Representatives. He represented the 12th District from 2004 to 2012.
Akins is a businessman and educator. He earned his ME from the University of Mississippi, BSE from Delta State College, and AA from Northeast Mississippi Junior College.
Akins is a member of the Chamber of Commerce, Oxford University Bank Executive Board, Mississippi Home Builders Association, and the Three Rivers Banking Board.[1]
