Noel Kramer was an Associate Judge of the District of Columbia Court of Appeals. She was appointed to the court by President George W. Bush in 2005 and retired in May 2011. Previously, Kramer served on the D.C. Superior Court for twenty-years.[1][2][3]

Education

Kramer received her undergraduate degree from Vassar College and her law degree from the University of Michigan Law School.[1]

Career

Prior to joining the Superior Court in 1984, Kramer was and attorney with Wilmer, Cutler and Pickering and an Assistant United States Attorney in the District of Columbia.[1]

  • 2004: Judge Robert A. Shuker award, from former U.S. Attorneys[1]
