Noel Matías Borrero (Popular Democratic Party) was the Mayor of Sabana Grande in Puerto Rico. He assumed office in 2020. He left office on January 11, 2021.

Matías Borrero served as interim mayor from 2018 to 2020 following the resignation of Miguel Ortiz Vélez.[1]
