Nolan R. Goolsby
Nolan R. Goolsby was a judge for the Putnam County General Sessions Court, Part I in Tennessee. He also had jurisdiction over the Putnam County Juvenile Court. He was first elected to the court in 1996.[1] He was defeated in his bid for re-election in 2014, and stepped down when his term expired on August 31.[2]

Primary: He ran unopposed in the Democratic primary on May 6, 2014.
General: He was defeated in the general election on August 7, 2014, after receiving 46.1 percent of the vote. He competed against Steven D. Qualls.
