Nominees named for Utah 5th District Court

St. George, Utah: The 5th District Judicial Nominating Commission has chosen five nominees for an open Juvenile Court Judge position in the 5th Judicial District. The Governor will appoint one of the nominees to fill the vacancy. Nominees include:

  • Brent Brindley - President of Brindley Sullivan, P.C.;
  • Hon. Paul Eugene Dame - Washington County Justice Court Judge
  • Curtis M. Jensen - Owner/office manager of Snow, Jensen & Reece
  • Karla Staheli - Guardian ad Litem for the 5th District Office
  • Jeffrey Wilcox - Partner in Gallian, Wilcox, et. al.

The Governor's nomination must be confirmed by the Utah Senate before the new judge takes office.[1]
