Nominees to replace Judge Florom narrowed down to four

Lincoln, Nebraska: Four candidates have been submitted to Gov. Heineman to be considered for an open seat on the 11th District Court in Nebraska. The judicial nominating commission selected the following to replace former Judge Kent Florom, who was removed from the bench earlier this year for violating standards of judicial conduct: Richard Birch, Todd Engleman, Michael Nozicka and Michael Piccolo.[1]
