Welcome to Ballotpedia's Nondelegation Live Expedition!

What is the Nondelegation Live Expedition?

Join us the week of June 8th for our very first Live Expedition on the Nondelegation Doctrine! In this 4-week Expedition, you will learn about what the nondelegation doctrine is and why it’s so important to constitutional and administrative law scholarship. We'll walk you through arguments for and against the existence of the nondelegation doctrine as well as some examples on how the doctrine is applied in governance today.

In addition, this special live edition of a Ballotpedia Expedition includes an expert AMA. In this AMA, YOU have the opportunity to ask questions of experts in the field and learn their thoughts on the Nondelegation Doctrine.

This Expedition includes:

  • An introduction to the Nondelegation Doctrine from Ballotpedia
  • 3 Readings on the Nondelegation Doctrine along with videos and supporting questions to help you dig into and reflect on the texts.
  • Expert interviews with Joeseph Postell and Mark Chenoweth
  • An AMA where you will have the opportunity to ask questions of and discuss the Nondelegation Doctrine with experts in the field.
  • A list of further reading so you can continue to learn.
