Norm Mosher
Norm Mosher was a 2014 Democratic candidate who sought election to the U.S. House to represent the 1st Congressional District of Virginia. Mosher was nominated at the 1st District Democratic Convention on June 8, 2014.[1] Norm Mosher lost the general election on November 4, 2014.
