Elections for the office of Oregon State Senate consisted of a primary election on May 18, 2004, and a general election on November 2, 2004.[1] Floyd Prozanski ran unopposed in the Democratic primary for District 4, while Norm Thomas ran unopposed in the Republican primary. Prozanski defeated Thomas in the general election.[2][3]
