Norman C. Cooling was the judge of the Fremont County Court in Colorado.[1] Cooling was appointed to the court by Governor Bill Ritter in February 2007, and he was retained in 2014.[2] [3]

Cooling retired on January 8, 2019.[4]

Cooling was retained to the Fremont County Court, Colorado with 64.9 percent of the vote on November 4, 2014. [5] 

Judicial performance evaluation

The Colorado Commissions on Judicial Performance recommended that Judge Cooling be Retained. The full report is available here.

Judge Cooling was retained in 2010 with 65.13% of the vote.[6]

Education

Cooling earned his undergraduate degree from Augustana College in 1977 and his J.D. from Tulsa College of Law in 1985.[7]
