Norman E. Osborne is a judge of the Dona Ana County Magistrate Court in New Mexico. He was elected in November 2014, effective January 1, 2015, for a term that expires on December 31, 2018.[1]

Osborne earned his J.D. from the University of New Mexico in 1986.[3]
Career
Prior to his election to the court, Osborn was the court executive officer for the New Mexico Third Judicial District.[3]
