The North Carolina Age to Hold Elected Office Amendment was not on the November 4, 2014 ballot in North Carolina as a legislatively referred constitutional amendment. The measure would have reduced the age of eligibility required to hold elected office from 21 to 18.[1]

The proposed amendment was introduced into the North Carolina Legislature as House Bill 1238.[2]
