North Dakota 1978 ballot measures
Sixteen statewide ballot measures were on the September 5 and November 7, 1978 ballots in North Dakota.
- Eleven of the measures were legislatively referred constitutional amendments.
- One of the measures was a veto referendum.
- Four of the measures were initiated state statutes.
- Ten of the measures were approved and six were defeated.
