Seven statewide ballot measures were on the June 12 and November 6, 1984 ballots in North Dakota.
- Four of the measure were legislatively referred constitutional amendments.
- One of the measures was an initiated constitutional amendment.
- One of the measures was a veto referendum.
- One of the measures was an initiated state statute.
- Four of the measures were approved and three were defeated.
