Ten statewide ballot measures were on the June 9 and November 3, 1992 ballots in North Dakota.
- Four of the measure were legislatively referred constitutional amendments.
- Two of the measures were veto referendums.
- Four of the measures were initiated state statutes.
- Four of the measures were approved and six were defeated.
