North Dakota Board of Administration Referendum (1919)
The North Dakota Board of Administration Referendum, also known as Senate Bill 134, was on the June 26, 1919 ballot in North Dakota as a veto referendum, where it was approved.[1] The measure created a state board of administration to supervise all penal, charitable, and educational institutions.[2]

Text of measure
Summary
The measure would have given the Governor the power to remove the state Superintendent of Public Instruction from the post and appoint any person to replace them and to appoint each county superintendent.[3]
