The North Dakota Cable Television Sales Tax Referendum, also known as Measure 4, was on the June 14, 1988 ballot in North Dakota as a veto referendum, where it was defeated.[1] The measure would have provided for taxation of sales and use of cable television or other video programming services.[2]
