The North Dakota Combined Law Enforcement Council Repeal Initiative, also known as Measure 1, was on the November 3, 1970 ballot in North Dakota as an initiated state statute, where it was defeated.[1] The measure would have repealed the law relating to the Combined Law Enforcement Council.[2][3]
