The North Dakota Constitutional Amendments Referendum was on the June 30, 1942 ballot in North Dakota as a legislatively referred constitutional amendment, where it was defeated.[1] The measure would have increased the number of signatures required for voters to submit constitutional amendments to 30,000.[2]
