North Dakota County Officials Referendum (1921)

The North Dakota County Officials Referendum was on the October 28, 1921 ballot in North Dakota as a legislatively referred constitutional amendment, where it was defeated.[1] The measure would have made county judges also serve as the clerk of the district court in counties with a population of 8,000 residents or fewer.[2]
