The North Dakota Diversion of State Highway Construction Funds Initiative was on the July 11, 1939 ballot in North Dakota as an initiated state statute, where it was defeated.[1] The measure would have diverted state gasoline and vehicle tax from highway construction to state old age assistance fund for two years.[2][3]
