The North Dakota Eminent Domain Payment Choice Referendum, also known as Measure 2, was on the November 2, 1982 ballot in North Dakota as a legislatively referred constitutional amendment, where it was approved. The measure related to choices of payment to persons whose property had been claimed by eminent domain.[1]
