The North Dakota Executive Branch Article Changes Referendum, also known as Measure 2, was on the June 10, 1986 ballot in North Dakota as a legislatively referred constitutional amendment, where it was defeated.[1] The measure would have repealed and replaced Article V of the North Dakota Constitution which details the members, power and operation of the executive branch of state government.[2]
