The North Dakota Gasoline Tax Initiative was on the June 30, 1926 ballot in North Dakota as an initiated state statute, where it was approved.[1] The measure increased the state gasoline tax from one to two cents per gallon for state highway purposes and providing for refunds when gas is used for non-highway purposes.[2]
