The North Dakota Gasoline Tax Refunds Initiative was on the November 5, 1946 ballot in North Dakota as an initiated state statute, where it was approved.[1] The measure reverted back to a refunding procedure for taxes paid on gasoline used for non-highway purposes.[2]
