The North Dakota Graduated Property Tax Initiative, also known as Amendment 2, was on the June 27, 1950 ballot in North Dakota as a legislatively referred constitutional amendment, where it was defeated.[1] The measure would have permitted the enactment of a graduated land tax.[2][3]
