North Dakota Income Tax Rate, Measure 7 (1989)

The North Dakota Income Tax Rate Referendum, also known as Measure 7, was on the December 5, 1989 ballot in North Dakota as a veto referendum, where it was defeated.[1] The measure would have increased the rate of individual income taxes.[2]

Text of measure
The measure's defeat disapproved section 1 and subsection 2 of section 2 of Senate Bill Number 2201 of the 51st Legislative Assembly.[2]
