North Dakota Industrial Commission Initiative (1921)

The North Dakota Industrial Commission Initiative was on the October 28, 1921 ballot in North Dakota as an initiated state statute, where it was defeated.[1] The measure would have reorganized the Industrial Commission by removing the state officials and providing for the appointment of a three person commission by the Governor with confirmation by the state Senate.[2]
