The North Dakota Liquor Control Initiative was on the November 3, 1936 ballot in North Dakota as an initiated state statute, where it was approved.[1] The measure allowed the sale of liquor and allocated the tax and license revenue for apportionment to counties to reduce real estate taxes.[2]
