The North Dakota Packing Plants Referendum, also known as Weighing, etc. Livestock at Packing Plants, was on the June 24, 1936 ballot in North Dakota as a veto referendum, where it was defeated. The measure dealt with packing plant practices, including the weighing of livestock.[1]
