The North Dakota Post War Rehabilitation Referendum was on the November 2, 1948 ballot in North Dakota as a legislatively referred constitutional amendment, where it was defeated.[1] The measure would have permitted a special two-mill levy for ten consecutive years upon all taxable property within the state of North Dakota, to be credited to the post-war rehabilitation reserve fund.[2]

Text of measure
