North Dakota Posting Butterfat Prices Referendum (1942)

The North Dakota Posting Butterfat Prices Referendum was on the November 3, 1942 ballot in North Dakota as a veto referendum, where it was approved.[1] The measure required certain price publications when selling butterfat. If the same person or establishment owned, operated or controlled another site selling butterfat within 100 miles, they would be required to post the prices at all their establishments within that radius.[2]
