The North Dakota Prohibiting Legislators from State Business Initiative, also known as Initiative 2, was on the June 29, 1954 ballot in North Dakota as an initiated state statute, where it was approved.[1] The measure prohibited members of legislature from doing over $10,000 worth of business annually with the state or its political subdivisions.[2]
