The North Dakota Publication Supreme Court Decisions, also known as Referendum 2, was on the June 26, 1956 ballot in North Dakota as a legislatively referred constitutional amendment, where it was defeated.[1] The measure would have required that the supreme court decisions be published or recorded in the manner and form prescribed by the legislative assembly.[2]

“ | The decisions of the supreme court shall be published or recorded in the manner and form prescribed by the legislative assembly.[3] | ” |
