North Dakota Reallocating Basis of Need Payments Initiative (1940)
The North Dakota Reallocating Basis of Need Payments Initiative was on the June 25, 1940 ballot in North Dakota as an initiated state statute, where it was approved.[1] The measure increased the funds for financially distressed schools.[2][3]
