The North Dakota Removal School for the Blind Referendum, also known as Amendment 1, was on the June 27, 1950 ballot in North Dakota as a legislatively referred constitutional amendment, where it was defeated.[1] The measure would have changed the constitutional language regarding the school for the blind.[2]
