The North Dakota Removal of Workmen's Compensation Bureau Commissioner Referendum, also known as Session Law 1933, Chapter 270, was on the September 22, 1933 ballot in North Dakota as a veto referendum, where it was defeated.[1] The measure disapproved a law allowing the Governor to remove any or all of the Commissioners of the Workmen's Compensation Bureau with or without cause.[2]
