The North Dakota Repeal Grain Storage Commissioner Referendum was on the July 11, 1939 ballot in North Dakota as a veto referendum, where it was defeated.[1] The measure would have repealed an emergency session law that had created the office of Grain Storage Commissioner in 1929.[2]
