The North Dakota School Trust Fund Deposit and Use Referendum, also known as Measure 3, was on the June 8, 1982 ballot in North Dakota as a legislatively referred constitutional amendment, where it was approved.[1] The measure repealed the requirement that payments to the common schools must be distributed in proportion to the number of school-age children in each district.
