The North Dakota Secret Primary Ballot Initiative, also known as Initiative 3, was on the November 6, 1962 ballot in North Dakota as an initiated state statute, where it was approved.[1] The measure provided for a secret primary election ballot instead of requiring voters to declare party preference at the polls.[2][3]
