The North Dakota Shareholder Voting Privileges Referendum, also known as Amendment to Section 135, was on the November , 5 1918 ballot in North Dakota as a legislatively referred constitutional amendment, where it was approved.[1] The measure established voting privilege standards for shareholders or members when voting upon directors or managers of corporations.[2]
