North Dakota State Medical Center Referendum (1948)

The North Dakota State Medical Center Referendum was on the November 2, 1948 ballot in North Dakota as a legislatively referred constitutional amendment, where it was approved.[1] The measure provided for a special levy of one mill upon all taxable property within the state of North Dakota to produce a fund for the North Dakota State Medical Center at the University of North Dakota.[2]
