The North Dakota State Ownership of Grain Elevators Referendum, also known as the Grain Elevators Amendment, was on the November 5, 1912 ballot in North Dakota as a legislatively referred constitutional amendment, where it was approved. The measure authorized the North Dakota Legislative Assembly to operate grain elevators in Wisconsin and Minnesota.[1][2][3]
