North Dakota State Treasurer Term Limit Repeal Referendum, Amendment 2 (1970)
The North Dakota State Treasurer Term Limit Repeal Referendum, also known as Amendment 2, was on the November 3, 1970 ballot in North Dakota as a legislatively referred constitutional amendment, where it was defeated.[1] The measure would have removed the term limits for the office of State Treasurer.[2]
