North Dakota Sunday Baseball Initiative (1920)

The North Dakota Sunday Baseball Initiative was on the March 16, 1920 ballot in North Dakota as an initiated state statute, where it was approved.[1] The measure allowed for baseball to be played on Sundays, as long as it was played "in a quiet and orderly manner," at least 500 feet away from church edifices and between one in the afternoon and six in the evening.[2]
