North Dakota Sunday Closing, Measure 2 (1992)

The North Dakota Sunday Closing Referendum, also known as Measure 2, was on the June 9, 1992 ballot in North Dakota as a veto referendum, where it was approved.[1] The measure removed the prohibition against conducting business between the hours of noon and midnight on Sundays. It did not affect the prohibition against conducting business between the hours of midnight on Saturday and noon on Sunday.[2]

The measure approved House Bill Number 1046 of the 52nd Legislative Assembly.[2]
